Business Analyst (Trainee)

Job Summary

We are a dynamic Technology Marketing company seeking a driven and energetic Research Analyst to support our Market Intelligence and Growth Acceleration projects. Our target industries include Software Development, Technology, Engineering, AI & ML, SaaS, Legal, and Talent Management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new leads, develop client acquisition strategies, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop growth strategies that focus on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer needs.
• Promote client products and services by addressing key business objectives and challenges.
• Provide reliable feedback and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering (BSc/BBA/BBM/BCA/DCE).
• 2024/2025 pass-out candidates with a minimum average score of 65% in BCS, BSc Computer Science, BSc IT, or Diploma in Computer Engineering (DCE).
• 0-1 year of experience in market research, client relations, or related fields.

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and internet research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
