Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst for Customer Engagement at Zoetis, your role is crucial in supporting and continuously improving the Customer Engagement platform. You will work closely with the business to build business cases for customer engagement capabilities, expanding or introducing new SFDC functionalities to enhance customer engagement. Your expertise will be pivotal in becoming the trusted advisor to key stakeholders, guiding the growth and expansion of the Zoetis SFDC technology roadmap. Collaboration with key business stakeholders in the US and International markets is essential for developing and reviewing potential use cases that align with global priorities, corporate objectives, and end user requirements. Your role will also involve partnering with technical teams to design and implement enhancements, ensuring successful coordination and harmonization across global teams. **Responsibilities:** - Develop functional requirements documentation including user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Elicit requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and business process descriptions. - Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning, and proof-of-concepts development. - Evaluate business needs and translate them into technical solutions around Customer Engagement in collaboration with Architects and Developers. - Provide information to ZTD and Business leadership on best practices, industry trends, and business opportunities, while also training and transferring knowledge to team members and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6-8+ years of SFDC experience. - SCRUM certification preferred. - Background in life science/animal health is a plus. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization. - Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff. **Technical Skills Requirements:** **Basic Qualifications:** - Proficiency in gathering business requirements and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues. - In-depth knowledge of SFDC applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and NetZero Cloud. - Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps framework. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Clear understanding of SDLC best practices. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders. **Preferred Credentials:** - Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
