Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare & circulate weekly/ monthly business performance reports (ABCD reports, secondary sales reports, etc.).
Track achievement vs.targets, identify gaps, & highlight actionable insights for management.

Sales Incentive Planning:

Design and process bi-monthly sales incentive calculations.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely communication of incentive payouts.

Channel Development & Expansion:

Monitor channel expansion initiatives against pre-defined SOPs.
Support appointment of new channel partners and evaluate performance.

Reviews & Planning:

Drive monthly team reviews and ensure submission of monthly planners by team members.
