Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Elicit business and user requirements through workshops, customer meetings, workflow storyboards, user stories, and process modeling.
Analyze and precisely document business and system requirements.
Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrices.

Project Management & Reporting

Maintain logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
Manage the status of requirements and features throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare monthly reports on project performance, targets achieved, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Develop and maintain effective communication processes to keep stakeholders updated on project results.
Identify innovative approaches to understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of the project lifecycle and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
