Business Analyst

You will be joining our technology services client as a Duck Creek Business Analyst on a contract basis. There is a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Your primary role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring Duck Creek Suite implementation for PC lines, with a focus on personal lines. You will work closely with business SMEs to develop rollout requirements and ensure alignment among the functional BA team. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for generating progress reports, stakeholder management, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in efficiently implementing Duck Creek Suite for our client. Responsibilities: - Strategize, plan, and understand requirements for Duck Creek Suite implementation in collaboration with Product owners and business SMEs - Bridge communication gaps among functional BA teams and review the effectiveness of the requirements gathering process - Participate in planning sessions, triage bug defects, and provide guidance to junior staff members - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek products, particularly in PC insurance for Commercial and Personal lines - Demonstrate strong project management skills and contribute to the organization's goals and objectives - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work well in a collaborative environment Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Business Analysis experience, an associate degree with 10 years of experience, or 15 years of experience - Proven experience in Duck Creek Suite implementation, project management, and strong analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of communicating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly share your updated resume to ravi.k@s3staff.com.,
