Business Analyst - Securities and Trading Avaloq

Role Overview: As an Avaloq Business Analyst, you will be working on various modules within Avaloq, such as Cash Flow, Corporate Actions, Cost and Fees Processing, Static Data Management, Securities Trading and Transfers, OTC Stock Options, Structured Products, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, and Securities Lending. Your primary focus will be driving digital transformation initiatives in wealth management using Avaloq. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining essential documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Additionally, your role will involve conducting UAT planning, test case creation, and executing tests for Avaloq-based solutions. Collaborating with Product Owners to define epics, user stories, and backlog priorities will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Effective communication bridging technical teams and business stakeholders will play a vital role in your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Work on various modules within Avaloq such as Cash Flow, Corporate Actions, Cost and Fees Processing, and more - Drive digital transformation initiatives in wealth management using Avaloq - Create and maintain essential documentation like BRD, FSD, and RTM - Conduct UAT planning, test case creation, and test execution for Avaloq-based solutions - Collaborate with Product Owners to define epics, user stories, and backlog priorities - Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Avaloq Core Banking System - Strong understanding of wealth management processes - Clear understanding of Avaloq's data model, scripting, and parameterization Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of digital servicing, onboarding, and investment lifecycle - Familiarity with FIGMA or other UI/UX wireframing tools - Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related fields - Avaloq Certification (preferred),
