Business Analyst & Project Management - Digital Transformation 1

Gather business requirements and conduct feasibility studies for digital initiatives.

Lead and manage digitalization projects including automation, visualization, and cloud-based solutions.

Perform project viability analysis including cost-benefit, ROI, and risk assessments.

Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.

Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for solution implementation.

Track project progress using tools like JIRA or equivalent.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Competency :

Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) and automation techniques.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.

Experience with big data tools like Spark is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in Agile environments and adapt to evolving business needs.

Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or process-based industries.
