Business Analyst - Payments

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the business to understand requirements and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with a focus on realizing benefits. You will lead business solution design, contribute to architecture definition, support Product Manager and Features Teams during delivery, define business acceptance criteria, lead change management activities, validate go-live pre-requisites, and follow-up on milestones during all delivery phases. Your role will also involve elaborating requirements to vendors/IT, providing production support, ensuring backlog completeness and prioritization, translating business needs into user stories, and validating business readiness for production rollout. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the business to understand requirements and translate them into BRD - Lead business solution design, architecture definition, and validation - Support Product Manager and Features Teams during delivery phase - Define business acceptance criteria and feed testing strategy - Lead change management activities and validate go-live pre-requisites - Follow-up on milestones during all delivery phases - Elaborate requirements to vendor/IT and validate the solution provided - Provide production support if required - Take the role of feature team product owner to support the product manager - Ensure backlog completeness, prioritization, and translation of business needs into user stories - Follow and contribute to the delivery progress through agile ceremonies - Validate business readiness for production rollout Qualifications Required: - Ability to support the change management process and user training - Conduct and contribute to workshops, demos, Project Kickoff, STEERCOs, and OPCOs - Negotiate priorities with Product Managers and sponsors on backlog to deliver MVP - Communicate and negotiate on deliverables, scope, delays, and priorities - Create a relationship of trust and faith with clients Additional Company Details: At Socit Gnrale, we believe in the power of people as drivers of change.
