Business Analysis:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to online marketing initiatives. 2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. 3. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive project plans, including goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and requirements. 4. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for digital marketing projects.

Project Management:

1. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time. 2. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and establish project priorities. 3. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation while monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise. 4. Collaborate with marketing teams to define project goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. 5. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive management. 6. Manage the projects allocated budgets by the management and track expenses.

Online Marketing:

Provide insights into digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 2. Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute digital marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. 3. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in online marketing.

 

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years, as a Business Analyst / Marketing Manager in the online marketing domain. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools (CRM tools like: ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, MailChimp), and analytics. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Airtable) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP,CBAP,or other relevant certifications are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
