You will be the end-to-end designer for graphics viewed by thousands every day. Put your design skills to the test and give cutting edge graphics a user experience people cant live without. Responsibilities 1. You know the difference between user interface and user experience. 2. You have empathy for the people using a graphic and anything you touch becomes human- friendly. 3. You get excited by good design, and appreciate web standards as guidelines. 4. You will turn abstract ideas such as beauty and elegance into visual objects on the computer screen. 5. Work with genius programmers to make brilliant ideas a beautiful reality. 6. Create everything from logos to headers to entire site layouts to buttons. Requirements 1. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator blind-folded with one hand tied to your back. 2. Bauhaus-grade typography, chalk and markers 3. You suspect your sea of TALENTS are currently undervalued or not given room to shine. 4. Basic editorial and genuine care for written copy is a must. 5. You appreciate good design and understand the importance of consistency and quality. 6. Excellent communicator as often times youll need to take instructions from a diverse expert group and make sense of it alland when you do, youd have tripled your value as a graphic professional. 7. Motivated self-learner. Youll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources; you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously.
