Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst specializing in Real Estate and Construction ERP systems, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize new features and enhancements for ERP systems. You will conduct gap analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop detailed requirements, workflows, and user stories to guide the development team. Additionally, you will assist in designing and implementing AI chatbots to enhance user interaction and automation. Your responsibilities will also include creating comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. You will work closely with the design and development teams to create user-friendly interfaces for ERP modules and AI chatbot integration. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
