Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over

2 years

of experience

in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experiencein creating user stories in JIRA, collaborating with cross-functional teams,and actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews,and retrospectives. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needsand technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

Requirements

Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user

stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA

Facilitate and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint

reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and development teams

to ensure successful delivery of features

Continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value and

stakeholder feedback

Assist in defining business processes, workflows, and use cases
Identify gaps and suggest improvements in current systems and processes
Support QA teams with clarifications and assist in UAT when needed

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
Proven experience in writing detailed user stories and functional

requirements

Hands-on experience with JIRA and other Agile project management tools
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

environment

Nice To Have:

Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Figma, or Miro
Experience working with API documentation and data mapping
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
