Business Analyst

What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly responsive and communicative Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial systems and Insurtech workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote work environments, effectively bridges technical and business domains, and brings hands-on expertise with tools like Postman, Python, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user storiesConduct gap analysis and propose data-driven solutions for process improvementsDesign and execute test cases using Postman for API validationBuild and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reportingSupport sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue tracking in JIRALiaise with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignmentMonitor KPIs and generate insights to support strategic decision-makingContribute to compliance and audit readiness through structured documentation

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar rolesProven experience in financial systems or Insurtech environmentsStrong responsiveness and clear, professional communication skills
