We are looking for Business Analyst (Italian -Writing ,Speaking-Must)-Mumbai-Immediate joiners only
Exp - 5-7Yrs
Location -Navi Mumbai
Roles &Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements in both Italian and English.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with Italian-speaking stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and assisting Italian-speaking users.
Analyse business processes and propose improvements, automation, and efficiency measures.
Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows) is clear, consistent, and available in both Italian and English when required.
Knowledge in documentation tools like Figma, Adobe XD etc., will be plus
Domain knowledge in Furniture Insurance.
Experience working on international projects with multilingual teams.
Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
