Job Description

As a Data Aggregation and Reporting Specialist, your role involves performing crucial activities within the Business Unit to contribute to its success. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes. - Developing and documenting business processes, functions, and procedures while handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Consulting with management and personnel to identify business needs, objectives, operational procedures, and system access levels. - Tracking and documenting changes in functional and business specifications, creating detailed procedures for records and training. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements through information systems or other changes and assisting in proposing new systems or operational changes. - Planning, organizing, and executing business process reengineering/improvement projects. - Researching, analyzing, and making recommendations on administrative, management, and procedural practices. - Preparing statistical reports using data from various databases and internal surveys for management decision-making. - Conducting change impact analysis, documenting business rules, functions, and requirements. - Providing work direction to technical or clerical staff and leading designated projects or assignments. - Performing any other duties as assigned. Your skills should include: - 1-2 years of experience in business process analysis, change management, large group facilitation, or major analytical studies. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on specific assignments. - Creative thinking skills in developing business processes. - Strong oral and written communication skills for management and employees. - Building effective working relationships and troubleshooting and analytical skills. The education requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate, or Equivalent. A degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, or related field is preferred. In terms of physical requirements, you may occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force and need visual acuity for data analysis and computer work. Typing or sitting for extended periods is also part of the job, emphasizing the importance of consistent attendance.,
