Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Currently, Hybrid from Sec-67, Mohali (Permanent WFH after some months)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and our technical teams. The ideal candidate will bring clarity, strategy, and impactful communication to every stage of the project lifecycle—from pre-sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain precise business and proposal documentation
• Deliver engaging, insightful, and well-structured client presentations
• Provide pre-sales support, including requirements gathering and collaboration with sales teams
• Facilitate seamless client communication and ensure proper documentation flow across teams
• Prepare and manage post-sales documentation to support smooth delivery, handovers, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in the IT domain)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
