Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform complex data queries, extraction, and reporting using

    SQL

    .
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Generate actionable insights using tools like

    Microsoft Excel

    Power Query

    , and other reporting platforms.

Billing & Accounting Support

  • Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and billing procedures in collaboration with the Accounting team.
  • Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with internal policies.
  • Apply basic accounting principles to support financial workflows and reporting.

Documentation & Process Management

  • Develop and maintain business documentation, reports, and process manuals.
  • Edit and format PDFs professionally to meet company standards.
  • Organize financial and operational records for efficient access and retrieval.

Client Interaction & Onboarding

  • Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure seamless integration into company operations.
  • Translate client needs into actionable product features and workflows.

Automation Skills

  • Implement automation solutions using

    VBA

    ,

    Power Query

    , and other relevant tools to improve efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Design process flows and business diagrams using

    Visio

  • Support integration projects and day-to-day operational requests from stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance

    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of

    3+ years of experience

    in a business analysis, product, or operations role.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and integration initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in

    SQL

    Microsoft Excel

    Word

    Visio

    PowerPoint

    .
  • Familiarity with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools.

Preferred Skills:
