Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders to elicit and define clear business needs.
Document user needs through
detailed user stories

wireframes

functional specifications
.
Drive
requirement workshops
, conduct stakeholder interviews, and lead cross-functional sessions to clarify and prioritize features.
Conduct
gap analysis

impact analysis

competitor/product research
, and
market trend studies
to inform product strategy.
Maintain structured documentation using tools like
Confluence
,
JIRA
,
Figma
,
Lucidchart
, etc.
Validate the implementation by participating in
UAT
and ensure the delivered features meet business expectations.
Actively contribute to
product backlog grooming
, release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop domain knowledge around HR Tech, Workforce Management, and associated regulatory or compliance needs.
