Business Analyst - Entry Professional

Role Overview: At Hitachi Energy, as a Marketing & Sales Analyst, you will support the Marketing and Sales Operations team by providing necessary analytical and process support for the effective implementation of M&S processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with internal teams in Market and Business visibility to review and optimize processes for delivering maximum value to the business. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Salesforce.com reports, and Dashboards for Marketing & Sales stakeholders. - Proactively monitor and ensure high data quality and completeness. - Analyze data sources to identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide valuable insights. - Manage user access permissions and rights to files, systems, and services. - Collaborate with Process Governance Managers (PGM) and business stakeholders for process design, analysis, and flow creation. - Create and update validated process documentation in coordination with BUs and key stakeholders. - Assist PGMs in deep-dive analysis of applications and system functions from a business process perspective. - Support in developing and updating comprehensive training materials aligned with the latest process requirements. - Train stakeholders on process and tool changes in alignment with PGMs. - Organize and continuously improve the area of responsibility while embodying core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed university. - 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data with an affinity for figures and IT solutions. - Strong skills in Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and PowerBI. - Advanced knowledge of Hitachi Energy tools like Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus is advantageous. - Excellent written and spoken English language skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
