Business Analyst - Entry Professional

As a Marketing & Sales Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide analytical and process support to the Marketing and Sales Operations team for the effective implementation of M&S processes and policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with internal teams to review and optimize Market and Business visibility processes. - Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Salesforce.com for Marketing & Sales stakeholders. - Monitoring data quality and completeness proactively to ensure high standards. - Analyzing data sources and providing recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities. - Managing user access permissions and rights to files, systems, and services. - Working closely with Process Governance Managers and business stakeholders to support process design and flow creation. - Creating and updating process documentation in coordination with BUs and key stakeholders. - Supporting deep-dive analysis of applications and system functions from a business process perspective. - Ensuring comprehensive training material is available and updated as per the latest process requirements. - Training stakeholders on process and tool changes aligned with Process Governance Managers. - Organizing and continuously improving the area of responsibility while living core values of safety and integrity. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university. - 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Experience in data extraction and analysis with a strong affinity for figures and IT solutions. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI. - Advanced knowledge of tools like Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus is advantageous. - Strong written and spoken English language skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
