Business Analyst - Entry Professional

As a Marketing & Sales Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for providing analytical and process support to the Marketing and Sales Operations team. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, developing reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, analyzing for improvement opportunities, managing user access permissions, and working closely with Process Governance Managers and business stakeholders. Your contributions will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the M&S processes. Your Responsibilities: - Liaise with internal teams to review and optimize Market and Business visibility processes. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Salesforce.com. - Monitor data quality and completeness to ensure accuracy. - Conduct analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities and valuable insights. - Manage user access permissions and ensure data security. - Collaborate with Process Governance Managers and business stakeholders for process design and analysis. - Create and update process documentation in coordination with BUs and stakeholders. - Provide deep-dive analysis of applications and system functions from a business process perspective. - Assist in training stakeholders on process and tool changes. - Organize and improve the area of responsibility continuously. Your Background: - Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed university. - 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Proficiency in data extraction and analysis, with affinity to figures and IT solutions. - Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI. - Advanced knowledge of Hitachi Energy tools like Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus is advantageous. - Strong written and spoken English language skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Quick learner with proven adaptability to new processes.
