Description
As a Business Analyst on the Red Hat Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Modernization team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of the platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in designing and implementing processes that support business transformation solutions, particularly focusing on the migration to a new instance of Salesforce.com (Lightning) to facilitate Red Hat's future growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and Key Interlocks to ensure that business requirements align with the organization's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Work with cross-functional teams to translate features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria - Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Architect, and IT development teams to deliver features in a timely manner - Identify and address gaps between new and existing business processes and applications, facilitating the implementation of new processes and modifications - Troubleshoot issues effectively using critical thinking skills - Provide key support for Out Of the Box Configurations and workflow setup, aligned with process requirements - Write UAT Scripts to ensure end-to-end testing of functionality before production release - Coordinate UAT activities across multiple business and technical teams - Support adoption and business benefits through white-glove support during each release, including training and engagement with the user community - Provide front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle, leveraging best practices and enhancing business metrics across multiple platforms Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst in operations or IT, preferably with commercial experience in a vendor, reseller, or distributor setting supporting sales tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com), CPQ/CLM, Anaplan, etc. - In-depth knowledge of PRM and CRM systems - Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations - Familiarity with different GTM Routes and exposure to cloud marketplaces - Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Capacity to work as part of an agile team in a collaborative environment - Excellent business insight and understanding of organizational goals and objectives Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open-source software solutions, leveraging a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing technologies.
