About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, or Software Testing to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects. · Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. · Perform requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis. · Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and team updates. · Conduct basic software testing and assist in quality assurance tasks when needed. · Raise questions and clarify requirements to ensure accurate implementation. · Use Scrum principles to participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups. Key Requirements: · 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, or software testing. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up diligently. · Excellent communication and questioning skills. · Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. · A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Certification or training in Scrum, Agile, or Business Analysis is a plus.
