Business Analyst- Data Domain

As a Business Analyst- Data Domain at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation program by collaborating with data professionals, engineers, and business/operations experts to understand and address their data needs. Your responsibilities will include methodically investigating, analyzing, reviewing, defining, and documenting business requirements and user stories within an Agile program. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure proper documentation and prioritization of user stories and business requirements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis, preferably in an agile environment. You must possess good analytical skills, stakeholder management skills, and experience in dealing with senior business users. Understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, LESS, data flows, and data platforms is essential. Your role will involve setting up and maintaining strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and third parties. You will drive requirements from discovery into build and deployment, ensuring alignment with the program strategy. Additionally, you will contribute to scoping initiatives, refining new features, and ensuring traceability to organizational metrics. As a successful candidate, you will have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter with energy and drive, and possess excellent organizational skills. You will be a clear communicator, a logical and creative thinker, and have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
