Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to support our hedge funds and private credit operations

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

User Testing & Implementation Support

Market intel

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications & Skills:

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in hedge funds, private credit, or fund operations.
Strong understanding of fund structures, post-trade operations, and alternative investment vehicles.
Experience in requirement gathering, BRD documentation, and business process analysis.
Knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
