As a Business Analyst at Isprava, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, conducting comprehensive market analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and a profound understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the luxury sector. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the luxury real estate market. - Develop financial models to facilitate investment decisions and project feasibility studies. - Analyze business performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to delineate business requirements and devise solutions. - Assist in formulating business strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. - Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, outlining key findings and recommendations. - Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to provide competitive intelligence.
