About The Role

We are looking for a

Business Analyst with banking experience

to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirement clarity.
  • Support UAT and ensure requirement traceability.
  • Contribute to process improvements in banking projects.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes (retail, lending, payments, or digital banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, JIRA/Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to core banking systems or regulatory projects.
  • Basic SQL/data analysis skills.
  • Certification in CBAP / Agile BA.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
