Job Title: Junior Business Analyst E-Commerce Process & Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities
Assist in functional data analysis, bug fixing and documenation of an end-to-end business processes for the e-commerce lifecycle: product listing, customer order capture, payment, warehouse dispatch, delivery, invoicing, and supplier payment.

Map out the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, including key integration points with 3rd-party logistics and resellers.

Collaborate with senior business analysts and solution architects to identify data handoffs, business rules, SLAs, and exceptions at each step of the transaction lifecycle.

Support documentation of process diagrams, user stories, SOPs, and data reconciliation requirements.

Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and walkthroughs to gather requirements and clarify system behavior.

Analyze mismatches in transactional data between order management systems, payment gateways, inventory systems, and financial ledgers.

Contribute to supplier reconciliation tracking, helping to ensure suppliers are billed and paid accurately and in a timely manner.

Support QA/UAT cycles by preparing process validation checklists and participating in validation cycles for business process changes.

Work under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to build traceability between business events and data pipelines across the enterprise data architecture.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.

6 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or system operations in an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.

Strong experience in excel based data analysis, word document, Power Point or Vision based process analysis and documentation

Basic knowledge of order management systems, inventory, or ERP systems.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations with 3PL, payment gateways, and accounting platforms is a plus.

Comfortable working with structured data and generating basic MIS reports

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

A proactive learner with a curiosity to understand how systems connect and impact financial reconciliation.
