Business Analyst - Asset Management - 5+ Years - Pune We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading global investment firm, supporting asset management platforms and driving operational excellence through technology and process innovation. Key Responsibility Areas 1. Project Execution : Drive documentation and project delivery across Asset Management platforms. 2. Solution Design : Create solution blueprints, roadmaps, and assist with operating model rollout. 3. Business Analysis : Translate business needs into functional specs and review technical user stories. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate inputs, define reporting, and liaise with senior stakeholders. 5. Application Support : Provide first-line support and maintain detailed process documentation. Key requirements 1. Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, and testing methodologies. 2. Experience working with data, digital, and cloud technologies. 3. Familiarity with financial markets or asset management processes is preferred. 4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and engage senior stakeholders. 5. Knowledge of SQL, C#, or similar languages, with application development or testing experience as a bonus .
