Job Description

Role: Business Analyst AI-Based Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-powered and data-driven projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define and refine solutions.
Work closely on AI/ML model implementation, validating outputs with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI to derive actionable insights.
Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies and project tracking tools like JIRA.
Communicate effectively with business users, tech teams, and leadership to ensure solution alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a
tech-first or AI-led environment
.
Exposure to AI-based tools or projects (OCR, ML models, intelligent automation).
Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), analytics tools, and Excel.
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, UAT scripts).
Familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
