Job Description

Position : AI Practice Lead (Team Lead) - Only Immediate Joiner

Experience : 4-7 Years Experience

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Bangalore (HAL)

Job Type : Work from Office (On Role)

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday and Sunday off)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy chatbots and conversational AI solutions using LLMs & RAG
Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
Develop POCs to automate workflows and reduce manual interventions
Lead and mentor a team of 58 engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
Stay up to date with latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks

Must-Have Skills:

Strong expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain)
Proven experience in chatbot development, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning
Practical knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
