Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary :As a Business Analyst with a focus on User Experience (UX) Design, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze user requirements and translate them into design solutions that meet business needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions.
