Business Analysis Target Operating Model (TOM)

You will be joining a dynamic and innovative transformational consulting company that is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes. **Responsibilities:** - Experience and exposure within Investment Banking on operating model design and deployment, including delivering global change initiatives and programs. - Document operating model elements in consultation with various stakeholders and leadership teams across the Market Securities Services function. - Attend working groups to manage cross-divisional design. - Contribute to workshops across workstreams to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models. - Good understanding of project management and Business Analyst skill sets such as MS Visio and JIRA. - Target Operating Model experience in Investment Banking and a sound understanding of business principles. **Qualifications:** - Business Analyst Experience. - 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets with exposure to Market Securities Services / Investment Banking management related activities or projects. - Prior experience with Target operational model and process reengineering is preferable.,
