About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bring in new clients or projects for the company.
• Understand client requirements and match them with our services.
• Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure successful project onboarding.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track leads, conversions, and maintain clear records for commission calculation.
• Attend meetings, follow up with potential clients, and close deals effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Experience in IT, digital marketing, or software sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Commission-based: Earn a fixed percentage per project brought in and successfully executed.
• No fixed salary; income depends on your performance.
