As a Business Advisory Associate at Accenture, your role involves being aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide the best resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service that is a strategic differentiator in the market.
