Job Description: As a Business Advisory Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide optimal resolutions. You will play a key role in closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a strategic differentiator in the market. Your responsibilities will include recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving, or assigning incidents and service requests for non-voice interactions like email, web, and chat. Additionally, you will manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations promptly.
