Business Advisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Advisor with a strong background in inside sales and client management. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth, preferably within the service industry. This role requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and the ability to deliver effective sales pitches that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inside sales channels.
• Conduct sales calls, deliver persuasive pitches, and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• 5–7 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong background in client dealing, sales calls, and delivering impactful sales pitches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and convert them into repeat customers.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
