About The Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Business/IT Analysis and a deep understanding of the Banking and Credit Risk domain . This role involves working on regulatory and high-pressure projects, requiring adaptability and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities

Perform business and IT analysis to support banking and credit risk initiatives.

Work on areas such as exposures, collaterals, accounting, reconciliations, guarantees, and risk models.

Ensure compliance with current credit risk regulations.

Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and write basic SQL queries.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Adapt quickly to new concepts and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Business/IT Analysis.

Strong experience in Banking and Credit Risk domain .

Knowledge of data warehouse concepts .

Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling , and basic SQL.

Familiarity with credit risk regulations and risk management practices.

Preferred Skills

Certification in Credit Risk domain .

Knowledge of accounting data .

Prior experience working with Banks or Financial Services clients .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under high-pressure regulatory environments.
