Job Description

Key Responsibilties

  • Search and identify relevant tenders and departments aligned with business focus areas to
support tender participation and acquisition strategy.
  • Conduct preliminary research on government and private sector projects to identify potential
business opportunities.
  • Update and maintain tender data on a daily basis with complete accuracy and proper tracking.
  • Support in preparing tenders, proposals, presentations, and related correspondence.
  • Gather, prepare, and verify all necessary documents for tender submission in coordination with
the Business Acquisition Manager.
  • Ensure all submissions meet compliance requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports by recording daily updates without delay.
  • Track status of submitted tenders and proposals, and prepare follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, admin, etc.) for inputs required during
tender preparation.
  • Assist in competitor analysis and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Acquisition Manager for smooth departmental functioning.

Experience

13 years of experience in business acquisition, sales support, tendering, or a similar role.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience in tender management, government liaison, or proposal preparation.
  • Knowledge of GEM Portal and e-tendering processes.
  • Familiarity with government departments and procurement systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
