Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls for international clients (US process)
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality standards and KPIs
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Adhere to company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
Prior experience in any International Exp (minimum 6 months preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
Must be currently in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
