Building & Infrastructure fire protection referent - FIBE

Purpose of the Role

1) Building & Infrastructure fire protection referent for Global level FIBE projects.
2) Discuss with Globally all region plant's project team to Understand the foreseen scope of works and evaluate the impacts on fire protection for building & infrastructure in accordance with le local regulation and & Organization requirements (WW insurer requests).3) Fire protection referent for Organization Standard & Best Practice evolution with Risk management Dpt for the future needs

Key Job Responsibilities

Individually handle the fire protection preconisations & orientations for B&U in various regional projects globally

Understand the requirement from the risk management & fire protection (International & Organization standards)

Responsible for do the analysis of the needs with project team and provide technical answers & orientation-for fire protection

Populate the best practices and frugal answers for fire protection to mitigate the cost impacts on the projects

Support the cost estimate for fire protection with the costing team support, uptdate the cost database

Regular interaction with global team to understand the inputs and update the details

Shall interact with various region project teams to get the input datas and update the technical answer.

Key Skills

English level : Fluent

Knowledge in fire protection Standards (NFPAs) is a must have (Hands on design & works follow-up)

Knowledge in mechanical & plumbing design for industry would be an add-on

Knowledge in Ms office- Excel software using skill

Hands-on experience in Industrial projects especially in running plant

Hands-on experience in project management part either client side or consultant side .

Hands-on experience in preparing the technical preconisations for fire protection and evaluate the should cost estimate.

Hands-on experience to provide accurate & pragmatic answers to technical issues related to fire protection along all the phases of the projects

Knowledge in Ms office- Excel software using skill

Knowledge in computer handling skill

Bachelors Degree with 5- 10 Years experience in auto OEM or industrial building / User side or consultant side or contractor side

Willingness to work in shifts, extending work hours (when necessary), week ends etc.

Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed (Mechanical, plumbing items )

Willingness to apprehend the specifities of a competitive industry with costs contraints and huge challenges for mutation

Curiosity, autonomy & rigor and leadership are keys for success

Capacity to onboard and convince our partners is an add-on (synthetic approach)
