Building Facade site Inspectors

Role Overview: As a B. Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 60% score CGPA, you will have the opportunity to work on various interesting Building Faade Projects. You should be interested in learning quickly and adapting to demanding requirements. Your role will involve working with a team of engineers, architects, and designers, understanding and reading architectural/technical drawings, carrying out inspections at factory and site works under the guidance of senior members, preparing reports, tracking issues, follow-ups, and completing tasks. You will also be responsible for communicating and coordinating with the building construction team. The work will encompass both office and site inspection tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Work with a team of engineers, architects, and designers. - Understand and interpret architectural/technical drawings. - Conduct inspections at factory and site works under senior guidance. - Prepare reports, track issues, follow-ups, and complete tasks. - Communicate and coordinate with the building construction team. - Perform both office and site inspection work. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production with good English communication skills in reading and writing. - Minimum 4 to 6 years of site experience in pre-fabrication, steel construction, plant construction, industrial, or any type of buildings. - Project Management certification or similar qualification would be an added advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Reports, Emails, etc. - Physically fit and able to work on construction sites for building faade quality checks, with training provided by senior specialists. - Proactive, team player, willing to conduct various inspections at factory and site works. - Passion for learning and embracing challenging building construction tasks.
