Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to maintain the upkeep and organize the institutional building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of the premises.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain all areas of the facility and utilities including floors, windows, and surfaces

- Perform routine maintenance tasks,

- Manage waste disposal and recycling

- Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Report any damages or issues to management

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations

- Key management and Lift management

- Manage Housekeeping, manage Security personnels.

- Ensure cleanliness at all times of inside and outside building premises
- Willing to do clerical duties also

Requirements:

- Any qualification

- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Age Above 40 Yrs

Working Conditions:

- Accommodation is provided in the premises

- Work timings will be 8 am – 8 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
