Key Responsibilities: Assist in charging and handling raw materials into furnace/buffing operations. Maintain continuous material flow for smooth ferro alloys production. Support furnace operators in loading, stacking, and shifting raw materials. Follow safety protocols and ensure housekeeping in the working area. Report any issues to the Shift Incharge/Foreman. Requirements: Experience: 2–4 years in Ferro Alloys Plant / Furnace Operations. Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass / ITI preferred. Good understanding of plant equipment and safety practices.
