BTS EMS - FTA - Advanced Analyst

As an Analyst in the EMS (Engagement Management Services) Team at EY, you will be responsible for providing key operational support to the Tax and Accounting practices for multinational clients. Your role involves managing client engagements, providing operations management support, and ensuring compliance and reporting obligations are met globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with a Senior to provide day to day engagement management support for clients - Support client teams in Americas, EMEIA, and APAC by providing timely and accurate information to client headquarters - Provide situational analysis and solutions for mitigating issues and risks in engagements - Liaise effectively with EY professionals and client teams - Understand engagement tools and ensure real-time maintenance for client access - Monitor and control activities leading to the fulfillment of compliance and reporting obligations - Provide periodic engagement status updates highlighting risks, issues, and achievements **Qualifications Required:** - 0 to 2 years of total work experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Math, Computer Science, or Business Management - Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Eye for detail and willingness to learn and adapt to change - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office tools At EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
