As a Tax Senior in CTORS at EY, your primary role is to support clients in reviewing, analyzing, and updating tax compliance information in client systems. You will work closely with teams like tax reporting, client onboarding, and KYC to ensure compliance with global tax regimes. Your responsibilities include ensuring the highest quality of tax deliverables, supervising and mentoring staff, and strengthening client relationships. Your Key Responsibilities: - Have a good grasp of baseline U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regulation - Knowledge of tax technical issues and processes relevant to U.S. individual and non-individual entities - Consistently provide high-quality work with integrity and adhere to audit standards - Contribute to client satisfaction by responding to client needs effectively - Mentor and develop staff on technical, client service, and engagement management skills - Conduct research on technical topics and draft related client communications - Assist the Manager in engagement management and business expansion - Recognize issues proactively and recommend solutions - Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions - Support business expansion and work on multiple client engagements Skills And Attributes For Success: - Coach and mentor team members - Facilitate problem-solving and coordination - Lead by example and contribute actively to creating a high-performing team To qualify for the role, you must have: - 7-10 years of industry experience with expertise in Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and IRS forms W-8 and W-9 requirements Ideally, you'll also have: - Effective communication skills - Analytical, numeric, and people management skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to create and drive project plans and business cases At EY, we offer continuous learning opportunities, success defined by you, transformative leadership insights, and a diverse and inclusive culture.
