BSP Product Owner

Job summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Product Owner (PO) to lead the development of Board Support Package (BSP) software for ADAS ECU. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality embedded software.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown the high level requirements, discuss with architect and align with delivery planned

Own and manage the BSP product backlog

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (system architects, hardware teams, software developers) and external stakeholders to align and make sure of smooth deliveries.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

Work closely with teams to plan sprints, review progress, and ensure delivery of committed features.

Act as the primary point of contact for all BSP-related deliverables and decisions.

Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and release milestones to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive domain.

Experience with AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive and hardware-software integration.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Scrum Product Ownership or Agile methodologies.

Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262) and ASIL-compliant software development.

Exposure to cybersecurity standards (e. g. , ISO/SAE 21434) in automotive systems.

Knowledge of SoC platforms (e. g. , NXP, Renesas, TI, Infineon) and their BSP ecosystems.
