BSCO-HCP Engagement- Vendor Setup- Specialist- Operate

As a Vendor Set-Up Specialist at PwC, your role involves onboarding experts, healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations by reviewing systems of record, collecting and validating required vendor documentation, and entering and maintaining vendor master data accurately. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure approvals are obtained, data integrity is maintained, and compliance requirements are met. Additionally, you will support automation initiatives, manage deliverables, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review system of record to determine vendor status and collect necessary documentation - Enter and maintain vendor master data accurately in SAP Fiori and related tools - Coordinate approvals with Procurement, Finance/AP, Tax, and Legal teams - Perform data validation, duplicate checks, and maintain compliant documentation - Support adoption of automation tools for vendor onboarding - Manage deliverables, report issues, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years of experience in vendor onboarding, P2P, AP, or master data management - Proficiency with SAP Fiori and vendor master processes preferred - Strong data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes - Clear communication skills and stakeholder coordination - Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise systems or ticketing tools - Self-directed team player with adaptability and focus on quality and compliance At PwC, you will be part of a high-performance culture that values diversity, inclusion, and excellence.
