Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Broker at Assetscout Pvt Ltd. The Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating property visits, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions. Other responsibilities may involve advising clients on market conditions and property values while adhering to legal requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Portfolio Management, Buying and Selling Process, and Land Acquisition
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
• In-depth knowledge of Market Research, Property Trends, and Valuation practices
• Proficiency in legal aspects and compliance related to real estate transactions
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
