Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring seamless live channel broadcasts through continuous monitoring and quality control checks. This involves monitoring multiple live channels for any disruptions, performing regular QC on video/audio quality, EPG accuracy, and broadcast standards, reviewing logs for issues, and escalating them to the concerned team. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with channel providers and clients for updates and resolutions.
